If anyone is interested in applying for a relatives service record which is post world war 1, go on to the veterans site ( the gov.uk site ) and then click on the link " how to get service records ". If the person has died, would advise sending a photocopy of the death certificate with the forms ( not the original as you won't get it back ). You'll need to print off the service access request and next of kin forms. The Commonwealth War Graves site is also a good site to use |
