	Although happy to be proved wrong, I don't think you can Patricia If you'd like to tell us who you are looking for we can have a go both on here and other subscription sites. Put in 'national archives merchant seamen records' into your search engine - there are at least 3 result for you to click on linking to the National Archives, plus a number of other sites for you to explore
