I can't find my grandmothers date of death on freeBMD and GRO need a date in order to send certificate. Does anyone know where else to look? She was alive in 1965 that was the last time I saw her.

you wouldn't have found it on freebmd as they have transcribed very few of the registrations after 1975.

I think they intend to go as late as 1980 ......... but you have to go on ancestry to get dates upto to 2006.
