Trying to find detail of my fathers service in WW1. His family told me that he enlisted at age 16 and served in MGC in France. Any ideas?

Can you give us some more details, please, James. When and where was he born; was he married before or during WW1? If so, what was his wife's name and were any children born before or during his WW1 service?

Hi Potty. The details you give are the only ones I have been able to glean. I have no record of Alice after her marriage to Robert. Obviously I would welcome any information corcerning my fathers service and, any off spring from the registered marriage above.
