I was wanting to confirm who Arthur had listed as his n.o.k the address and date of same..I seem to recall it was Thomas a stepbrother.. |

Arthur and William's father was married twice. Their father was Robert born 1838. He married again to someone practically half his age. She died in 1909 at he age of 39. Robert died in 1914. Thomas was born in 1862 to his first wife and so was their half-brother. It wasn't Arthur who listed Thomas as his next-of-kin. It was my father who when he enlisted in 1925 seemingly changed his name but named Thomas on the forms. |
