I can't find anything other than his medal card on Findmypast so it is more than likely that his records were destroyed in a fire. About 70% of WW1 records were destroyed. |

I am lookng for the service records of my g grandfather Private Thomas Francis Sarginson, born Yorkshire 1886. I have found his medal index card and awards roll, but nothing else regarding his service records, does this mean they are unavailabe or destoyed? Any ideas will be helpful |
