What a response . I would like to thank you all whole heartedly . Many thanks . All this Information Is fantastic. Where do I start to take It all In .

Hello Everybody. It looks very likely that my great Uncle Alfred was private No 40733 . Not the number I originally posted . However I cant understand Why ? A Londoner from Bethnal Green joined the 10 th Battalion of the Lancashire Regiment . That's Why I gave the wrong Info In the first Instance . Also The 1901and 1911 Confirms that the Leary Family are all my Relations . So Many Thanks Again . P.S If Any of the members on the Forum are Leary relations . I would very much like to hear from you .

Hi Anthony,
If you use the "search" function at the top of the page and then click on "search all member trees" you will find that if you put Alfred Leary into the search box there are quite a few members who have him in their tree. You can then contact these people directly.
