Can anyone please help me in my quest,apologies if I am posting in the wrong place.
I am trying to find where I can access the records or information held.
His dob is listed as 1828,soldier number and discharge number is 979.He is listed as being in the Royal Engineers.
It looks like this is my great great granddad.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
