Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 9 Send Message	My father's sister who grew up in Nuneaton was about to be engaged to someone who was shot in Burma. She had a breakdown early in 1943 as a result of both this and being in the Coventry bombings. I believe that the name of her boyfriend was Cyril Goldstraw - Cyril certainly but not really sure of the rest. I was also told that he came from Nelson in Lancashire but cannot be certain of it. I can find no birth for this person not anything in the military records that I have searched. Can anyone help? :-\|
