My Gt GT Gt Grandad Richard Ingham was a Chelsea Pensioner after serving over 17yrs in the army between 1826 and 1843, will there be any records stored anywhere or lists of achievements I can access

You haven't given any details of birthplace, year etc that would have been helpful in locating him.
This chap attested in 1826, does he fit the bIll? Records from FMP. Did you have these already?

FRom the record I posted above.
Served 1July 1826 - 10th Oct 1843.
Pensionable service 17 yrs 102 days.
First served Gibralter 4th May 1828- 3rd Nov 1840 12 years 6 months The remainder at home.
Disability or cause of discharge: Disease of the left testicle as stated in the proceedings of a medical board dated 8 Sept 1843. This case does not appear to the Regimental board to be attributable to neglect, design, [illegible] or indulgence.
Character: is very good
Imprisoned 18th Aug 1834- 8th Sept 1834. 14 days, (deducted from his total of 17yrs 102 days, leaving 17yrs 88 days)
In possession of 2 good conduct marks.
At the time of his discharge Ricahrd Ingham was 37 yrs of age, 5ft 9 ins in height, light hair, gray eyes, fresh complexion. By trade a spinner.
Seems when he was serving in Gibralter in 1832 he was severely injured in the left testicle by a blow from a handpike (?) when employed monitoring guns. At the time of the medical board he still experienced pain and swelling which made it difficult for him to march far.
EDIT: It may be a bit premature, but I've pmed the pensioner record as the service dates of 1826-1843 seemed to fit very well, so I hope I have the right man, despite lack of birthplace etc in the op.

As 'Rebena' comes from Chislehurst, this seems a likely marriage:

Lancs BMD confrim Crombie as maiden name for births of George, Selina , Mary Ann & Sarah Ann. Though Lancs BMD have Selina/Celina and Mary Ann in reverse to the census, with Selina being born in 1852, and Mary Ann in 1859.
