Their is only one Royal Navy record for a William Douglas Hislop born in Kent listed on the national archives web site |

I'm searching for my g grandfather Douglas Hislop, born 1879 in Liverpool. My dad thinks he was a petty officer in RN. I would be grateful if anyone can find any information on him ;-) |
