WW1 Submarines

My Grandfather, Arthur J Manuell, Served on HMS Maidstone ,1/8/1914, to ,25/4/1915,
HMS Dolphin ,21/11/1915, to, 25/6/1916 , then HMS Titania, 26/6/1916, to, 24/3/1919 . He then went on to HMS Platypus and took, J 5 ,Submarine ,to Australia ,25/3/1919,to 13/1/1921.
I would love to know what other Submarines he went on, is there any way i can find out . Thankyou for any help .

Thank you for the information Potty.
I have his service record, hence the ships he served on.HMS Maidstone and
HMS Titania were Depot ship for subs , i am trying to find the subs he served on maybe D or E class, John
