I sent all my docs to Scotland for my Fathers Army records 21 months ago, can anyone please tell me how long you have to wait for a reply,? |

That seems too long - I know they are slow, but not usually that slow! Perhaps you could ring them to chase them up. |

Definately ring them up. If you paid by cheque or credit card check your records to see if and when check/payment was cleared and then you have this to hand when calling them. |
