Yes there are many W Ralston or William in these records, most of them relate to dates before your grandfather was born. Even so none of the records tell when a person was born or where, they just give what medal they were entitled/received |

Hi could someone have a look at these records on Ancestry for me there are a few William Ralston's or W Ralston's I would like to see, my Grandfather was born in Liverpool 1912 if it helps as I don't know what information is on these records |
