Seems obvious but have you ‘googled’ the address. Sometimes something does show up. |

As Erika has said, writing a letter addressed to the occupier would be your best bet. If it is a particular person you are looking for and not just the house itself, then you could ask if the occupier is the person you want or ask if they know the whereabouts of that person. Enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope for a reply or include your email address or phone number in your letter. |
