If she was an army nurse then the marriage should be in the army indices |

Do you know how I can trace a Canadian Service marriage or a German marriage? |

She may not have registered the marriage with the British authorities. In that case it is probably either a German marriage or a Canadian service marriage. |

I am trying to trace my Aunt Jean Lyle. She was born 20 April 1934 in Battersea, London and was the daughter of James Lyle and Jane Ethel Long. She was an army nurse and the little bit off information that I have is that she married a Canadian army medic in Germany in May 1958. Husband was called John Thompson. |
