Googling "Sucy-en-Brie, Underwood-Wise" produces these, about a man born 1962. Possibly a grandson of Alfred Edward ???

They are both apparently named in someone's tree (the Parlesoupirail Tree) on this site: https://www.filae.com
A Google search for Jack's name shows:
"Underwood-Wise, Jack Gerard, Naissance. Commune. Hauts-de-Seine ... Underwood Wise, Alfred Edward, Arbre de Parlesoupirail . . . . . . "
But without a sub to that site I can't see it.

You know his correct given name and DoB, so why do you imply otherwise?

You already have Teddy's birth cert, so you know he was born in 1907.
Copied from your other thread:
"It states the following: Born: 14 August 1907 at 38 Elfindale Road, Camberwell Name: Alfred Edward, boy, Father: Henri Underwood-Wise, commercial Traveller Mother: LINA Underwood-Wise formerly SCHWAB Signature of informant: H. Underwood-Wise, father, 38 Elfindale Road, Herne Hill, on 18th September 1907"
Alfred E Underwood-wise [ also listed as Wise ] in the England & Wales, Civil Registration Birth Index, 1837-1915 Name: Alfred E Underwood-wise Registration Date: 1907 Quarter of the Year: Jul-Aug-Sep Registration Place: Camberwell, London, England Volume: 1d Page: 800
He's on the 1911 census with his parents in London - see other thread.
I tend to agree with DetEcTive, who said in 2015:
"I've a suspicion he disappeared somewhere in France. Considering the way his mother was treated, he may even have gone by a different surname."

The best place for pre-1911 births is the GRO index, where MMN is recorded

English and Welsh births can be found on www.freebmd.org.uk ( it’s free).
Try looking at Search members trees to see if anyone has them in their own trees. It might be worth checking the 1921 census on Findmypast . You can search for free but have to pay for downloads. Together with the Electoral rolls might help you work out a time line for when they were in London.

I am looking for descendants of Teddy (Edward or Edouard) Underwood, born 1905-1907 in London. Teddy is the son of Henri/Harry Underwood, born 16.06.1880 in St. Pancras, London the son of Martha Underwood (no father listed on marriage certificate) and Lina* Schwab, born 30.12.1874 in Nuvilly, canton Fribourg, Switzerland. Harry and Lina married on 19 September 1904 in a registry office in Zurich, Switzerland. They live in London for a while but appear to have divorced by the mid 1930s where Lina is found to live in Paris near her nephew Robert Schwab.
*Lina Schwab is my paternal grandfather’s younger sister. The family originate from the town of Kerzers/Chietres in canton Fribourg in Switzerland.
During my search for my grandfather's origins I came across various letters and postcards that he sent and received. In 1936 he writes that his sister Lina is destitute and living in Paris and suggests she contacts the British Consulate to get her husband to provide for his family's needs. Grandfather also mentions that Lina should finance her own divorce and not expect the rest of the family to help her.
I would be grateful for any information about Teddy and his descendants. Thank you. Marianne Bick-Schwab
