There’s a Karen who has him and several of his family and his father Robert d Diggle born 1918 in her tree

There is also a Gail who has a Diggle in her tree ,she looks to be connected to sister Cynthia !

You asked how to find Jeffery's siblings.

First find their names on FreeBMD (search births using both parents' surnames) - fortunately the combination is unusual enough for there to be no doubt about them .

Then look for them on the Electoral Rolls - under "Search" at top right of this page.

You can also see if the sister married - again use FreeBMD - and if so, search ERs for her under her married name.

[EDIT: Yes, she probably married in 1962.)

If you find results on the ERs, click on the document symbol to the right of the result to see the full address.

For example, someone of the same name as the 1955 child (although no middle initial given) was living in Lowestoft in 2020. He might (or might not!) be the same person.

Not everyone is on the ERs - many people have opted out of the public ER, in which case their names don't appear for the years after they opted out

However, we don't know what your connection is to these people.
