It would be Extremely unlikely that a family member would spot your post. Try searching for family members in Search all members trees.

You could try tracking their marriages and subsequent children by using freebmd.org.uk

I am researching my wife's family tree for her and am now looking for any relatives of WILLIAM CARRUTHERS born 1911 in LONGTOWN, CUMBERLAND as it was then. He had brothers Joseph, John, Richard and Robert. I am aware that he got married and has children. He was my wife's grand uncle and she was not aware of his existence until I started my research into her family.

I would be grateful if any relatives of the said WILLIAM CARRUTHERS would get in touch via this media in the first instant, then via email or direct messaging.

Places include, Scottish regions, The Borders, (Scotland and England), Cumbria, Dorset, Longtown, Hampreston, Poole, Carlisle, Penrith, Kendal, the list seems endless at the moment.
