I dont know if anyone can help me, I'm looking for an Albert Fenney who lived in Neston,Wirral in the 1960s

Unless you can get an idea of when and where he was born, you can’t start researching him

I think he was born around 1936, dont know where and i think he might be a relative

This man would now be in his mid 80’s if still alive. How do you think you are related?
