I believe the gentleman in question was born in the Maldon area and in 1958 or thereabouts resided in St Giles crescent Maldon. |

Once services has restarted then Alistair needs to look for the Electoral Roll for the late 1950's. If James is living with someone then it might help lead to the right James. |
