UK-GDPR only applies to information that is not already in the public domain - such as births, deaths, marriages and electoral registers.

What's the point in having a living relatives section then and also publishing the electoral role for use by members? Seems rather odd..

Christine Bailey was the daughter of Alan Bailey = Lillian Rafferty. She had a brother Brian who doesn't want to know our branch but would not give the whereabouts of his Sister who he said he hadn't spoken to in many year and was purported to have emigrated, I believe, to new Zealand. Christine was born in 1951 in Coventry.

I'm not sure how to track her down and she is likely to have married. Thanks.
