Thank you all for your help. For some reason I did not receive email notification of your replies. I do already have a lot of names and dates from searching records and also from connecting with another member several years ago. I haven't updated my tree on this site for several years.
I have living relations hidden on my tree, as I understand it I only need permission for them to be public?
My intention with this post was to connect with living relations. As suggested I will search member trees and attempt to make contact with the tree owners when I have the time.

Sharon has a lot of Deacy names in her tree, many of them born very recently. If she isn't breaking site rules, she must be in contact with them to have obatined their permission

Look on here in 'search all member tree's If any of the names are listed, send a message to the tree owner. If he/she still uses the e-mail registered with GR, a notification will be sent.

From a quick look on FreeBMD, I see that Frederick Eugene married in 1941, Kathleen Mabel married in 1949, Horace W married in 1952.
Edna Mary died unmarried in 1973 in Cardiff. All the above marriages of her siblings were also in Cardiff..
Eileen Rose married in 1942, and died in 2002, both events in Cardiff.
Winifred Agnes died unmarried in Cardiff in 2009.

I am looking for any descendants of Richard Joseph E. Deacy (1853-1898) and his wife Louisa Deacy (nee Trigg) (1853-1915).
They had 9 children, Ernest Richard, John Archibald William, Eugene Thomas, Charles Bartholomew, Patrick Albert, Louisa Margaret, Frederick Herbert, Horace Alfred, and Richard. The 6 eldest were born in Gloucester but then the family moved to Cardiff where the 3 youngest were born.
My family is descended from Eugene Thomas Deacy (my Great Great Grandfather) and my Great Aunt is the only member of the family left from her generation. She didn't know any of the extended Deacy family as it is her father's family and he was not around when she was growing up.
We know that there are still Deacys living in the Cardiff area as last week my Great Aunt saw on the local news a tribute to her 2nd cousin who has recently died. We would love to make contact with any relatives and to be able to share old family stories.
