I agree Maddie, I Don't think George ever married Jane, I found George on the 1911 Census as a Boarder age 7 along with Jane Godkin/Jones and Doris age 5... Its strange that i found a Birth Record for Doris with Jane as Mother, But No record of her being George's ... Why would he be with her if she wasnt ? She also had a Daughter with Thomas Godkin .. Elsie born 1899 , I assume Elsie was still living with her Grandmother (1901 Census )
I have also found A marriage record for George and Margaret Parker in 1925, And George ( Senior) was put as Father ( Deceased ) .. Occupation Engineer Pattern maker,
And also A birth record for Ellen Burrows 1902 and as it was stated .. George ( Senior 1872) was put as the Father,
It seems the only one i cant find is ( And i have been looking for years ) is my very elusive Father in law's Birth Record,
George Senior married Eveline Fairclough in 1911 and had another Daughter in 1911. And, Strangely named her Doris also. My Son done a DNA Test on Ancestry and he got a Match with the owner of the Tree with Ellen Burrows 1902 in it , Which gave us the lead to Jane and George Senior being the parents of our George.

Looking for info on my Husbands Fathers family , George Burrows, Liverpool, Lancashire. I found a Marriage record for George and Margaret , saying George was born in 1904, I also found him on the 1939 Census saying that he was born 1902 living with wife Margaret Burrows Nee Parker and 3 Children, Rita , John And Ronald, I found a Marriage record for Rita who Married Kenneth Ford, They had 2 Children Linda and Kenneth Who would be my Husbands Niece and Nephew, Thanks for reading, Jackie Burrows.
