The closed record with John and his parents in 1939 is a sister, and her married name is visible - two different spellings.

There's a possible marriage in 1956 in Stratford.
Sadly, the husband died in 1964 in Warwickshire. The wife MAY have died in 2018 in Wales.
They had a daughter, but there are several marriages which could be hers, so I won't guess at what her surname might be now.

There's a possible marriage for John in Solihull in 1954.
His wife from that marriage is on the Warwickshire Electoral Roll for 2005.
Of course, it may not be his marriage.
I don't see any children from that marriage, unless they didn't always live in Warwickshire

I would normally suggest you try searching "All member trees" under "Search" at the top right of this page.
However, I see that nobody has him on their tree, at least on GR.
