Where was he born? There are 2 Michael A Hawkins registered around that time.

The one born in Belper is on Belper ER for 2002-2009, and 2014-16 - at least I would assume he's the same person.
And he married in Belper in 1989.


Re the one born in Witney -

he married a girl called Kathryn, in West Oxfordshire reg district (which includes Witney) in 1982
Three sons and a daughter born in Oxfordshire 1985-91.

Kathryn and one of the sons still living in Witney in 2006.
Michael not listed with them, so either died, separated, or removed from public ER

Michael A is listed in Witney 2002 - 2006, 2009-12, 2014. Each of the four children lived with him at some point. It's not the same address as Kathryn.


So either that's not Janet's Michael, or he moved to Kent for a while (2007-8, maybe ? ) and then came back to Witney.

But the same could be the case for the Belper Michael, who's not on the ER in Belper 2010-2013

EDIT:
No, if they moved away, they probably wouldn't have come back to the same addresses ?
