Possible 2nd marriage Sandwell but not seeing any children to it.

brother bn 1948 married twice, not on current eroll , son to first marriage poss but also not on eroll. Derek was on the eroll to 2003 with second wife, but the property has been sold several times since so not much help/

Not seeing any other siblings to David unless born elsewhere?

Looks like Derek moved to Scotland. Was on electoral roll until 2010.
