Member Since: October 2008 Posts: 1 Send Message	I am trying to trace Paul Allan Malkin, I believe he was born in the first quarter of 1968, in Surrey. His mother’s name was Jenny, she had a relationship with Dick Playford, who was in Royal Fusiliers, and had a Triumph Bonneville bike. Can anyone help?

	Cannot find him on the Electoral Rolls, several people with this name on Facebook.

	It looks possible he was adopted as the registration has an S after it? If so he won't probably have that name now. You could add your name to the adoption contact register, info here https://www.gov.uk/adoption-records/the-adoption-contact-register You could also add a 'postem' to his birth reg on freebmd.org.uk , giving a contact email
