Hi I am looking for a David Wheeler or Whelan, born around 1970 and probably in the Wolverhampton area. His mother would have been Cath Wheeler or Whelan. |

As you aren't even sure of the surname, what is your connection? |

There are 3 David Whelan births between 1967 and 1969 where the mother's maiden name is also Whelan, but none of them are in the Wolverhampton area. Do you have any real reason to think he was born in that area? |

Was Cath unmarried at the time of the birth or was she using her husband's surname? |

The mother is probably alive, so discretion is needed |
