It is difficult to find some information. At the minute, I know there are only 2 left in the Clarke family to have descendants and that is Mary born in 1899. I nave no idea if she married or when she died. Thomas born 1914, I know he did marry in 1950 and without the mother's maiden name, I cannot find children. Thomas died 1965 and if there were children, Ellen would be left to bring them up herself. |

Unfortunately Clark(e) is a very common name, and as you'll know, it's not possible to include mother's maiden surname as a search term on SP to narrow down births after 1854. |

They may have counted a still birth as one of the lost children? But there would be no cert. |

You need the Scotland's People site to find their 1911 census and view fully. Have found these on the same reference number, by manipulating the site, but can't see more without using credits to confirm whether your family or not. Is this your family? |

I'm looking for information on the family of Thomas Clarke and Ann Herron. They lived in Maryhill. Both Thomas and Ann came from Donegal. Clarke was spelt as Clark at times. |
