I am assuming this person could still be living. He is Kenneth foster. the son of Colin foster and Clarice foster (nee Jacklyn / jacklin) He was born 1935 in Barton...Sorry but I still don't have Ancestry

When a lady marries and they pick up the new surname it's annotated on the records

This is because the 1939 regsieter was used for the basis of info when the NHS started in 1948 for the issue of the National health ref nos
