It sometimes takes a while to get a reply.

Have your messages been opened?

Thanks for your help, it is much appreciated - I have searched all the trees and sent individual messages but, as you say, no response, so it looks like this happy bunch of smiling folk in the photo will remain unidentified :-(

Try the 'Search All Member's trees'.

Sadly, very few of the currently active members ever look at the boards & are unlikely to spot your post.

Thanks everyone - yes I have the tree complete, but have a photo of a big family gathering from the 1940/50’s but no members of my parents generation still alive to put faces to those names, so I was wondering if there were any other distant relatives searching the tree that might be able to recognise some

Cheers Glenda

Have you done anything yourself to try to sort out names? Looking at freebmd would the obvious place to start - followed by the 1939 register

The best way to find relatives via this site is to Search All Members trees, top right under Search.
Send a message to any member who may the same names as yourself. Maddie has posted some potential names above - you may be aware of more.

Is anyone else researching the above family tree? I have a photo of a Thompson/Tadgell family gathering from the mid 1940's/early 1950s and would welcome some help identifying mystery faces.

Many thanks
Glenda
