Yes I am but confused with the possibilities thrown up.. i think it’s worth getting two certs to see tho! 1944 and 1962.. thanks for your help. :-) |

Have had a better look and the 3 index records noted do relate to one 1944 registration. There looks to have been a late change or addition to it. |

Shirley Thanks - but no that is not the marriage. There wasn’t a marriage between them. (Confusing as 1944 is the birth date not mrg date.) Interesting the Aston link. |

Elizabeth yes OK, that was my second thought.. but the name change [on the 1944 birth reg.] is to Astin from Aston. So AstOn is a bit of red herring.. maybe! |

I'd be inclined to think it was the 1962 birth. The only marriage under that name isn't for the correct Denise as she has a different birth year. |
