Would that be Michael C? If not, could you give his name please?
That name was found be searching Freebmd surname Blackledge, mmn Blackledge.
If you aren't sure of his name, it might be worth purchasing a copy of that birth certificate to check his mother's name.

It would seem you don't name him, as such, on your tree.
Have you used the search facility top right under Search to contact anyone else who conceivably list him? The same applies to his birth mother who you list as being born in 1933, Ormskirk.

We'd normally advise people to add their name to the adoption contact register
https://www.gov.uk/adoption-records/the-adoption-contact-register

There's a further link on that page regarding Intermediary Agencies. Unlike you, they'd be allowed to view his adoption file, discover his new name & attempt to find him. They would need the adopted person's permission before passing on contact details. There would be a fee.

You could also find the correct birth entry on Freebmd & leave a post'em. Say something like 'birth family would welcome contact' with a generic email address.
