None of the Scottish deaths mentioned by DetEcTive are your Violet, whose birth year was 1945.

(Worked it out from marriage and birth records on SP.)

Louise Marshall has a tree on GR with the name Rosetta Swan.

There’s an ER for 2013 which will send by PM.

When was her year of birth as there are 6 death entries on Scotlandspeople since then.

Scotlandspeople is a pay to view site, but you can register then search for free. If you think any of the entries are relevant- they do show mmn - then the informant could be a relative. Order via Scotlandspeople.

I am trying to find contact details of Violet Marshall. She lives in Dunbar and was married to Derek Marshall (deceased) and has a step daughter called Louise Marshall. If anybody can provide any contact details l would be much obliged as l think she holds the missing information on my half sister who l have been trying to locate for over 20 years.
