Hello,

My name is Natasha. I am looking for information about my biological maternal grandmother, Bridget McCormick.

She was born on 2nd February 1936 in Umeraboy, County Cork, Ireland to Thomas McCormick and Ellen Goulding. She trained as a Nurse at Willesden General Hospital in London. My Mum was born on 28th May 1961 in Islington, London and was adopted a couple of months later. She named her Deidre Maria. We believe she spent some time at St. Pelagia's.

I am trying to find out more about Bridget's family and if she went on to marry after my Mum was born. Any information no matter how small would be great.

Unfortunately there are lots of marriages for women named Bridget McCormick/ McCormack, in London and elsewhere - impossible to know if one of them is your grandmother..

No.
The townland is correct: Meenagloghrane

But there seem to have been lots of Cornelius Gouldings in the Millstreet area, going by BMD records.
