Ring your local Children's Social Services. Get an appointment. Don't say anything on the phone except - "Its about an adoption and its complicated". Don't get drawn into a conversation with a person who just wants you off the phone. Say you need to talk to somebody, get the appointment. They will be able to get hold of her file. Ask for a mediator, be advised they charge. |
