Is it worth writing to the neighbours? They might have news or may even be in touch.

Similarly the current owners might be able to give you the name of the solicitors who handled the sale. If they have a new address, they might be prepared to forward a letter.

They were in Eastleigh in 2002

The house was last sold in June 2014 according to Zoopla

He was born 1949 and mmn is spelt Panacoana reg district Winchester

Edit correction it has been mistranscribed it is pap on the typed listing

My half brother Philip Panos Smith was born in Winchester Hampshire his mother is Theodora Smith nee Papacoanoa. In 2002 they were living in Chandlers ford in Hampshire. They moved around a lot and could even be in Greece. He has a brother and 2 sisters that would love to see him. Thank you

If that's accurate, it looks as if he must be the Philip P Smith born in Longford, Ireland.

I don't see his birth , at least not with Panos given in full - what year was he born?
