Am reading it that Lilian had a daughter Nancy who was adopted or took the name of Lilian's husband Bertram Follett

The 1919 marriage certificate of Lillian and Bertrum may help in finding the Cole family,,,,,it will give age and fathers name (if one is listed) for Lillian........census then could help..
