Florence passed away 1911.
George married my grandmother Rose Landon 1912.
My father Albert Edward Cox was born 1921 in Islington London.
George Edward and Florence junior was his step brother and sister.

George junior and Florence would be half siblings to your dad as they have the same dad

This looks like him the S could be a fancy E on the actual record
