Iv got some more info' i have the address he lived at at the probation house in 1976..... would he be on the electrol register that year with it being a probation house address?? |

If he was living there when information was collected for the Electoral Roll, he might be. Typically the forms are sent out August or September. |

Very unlikely that anyone ( other than perhaps management) at that address was registered to vote, and I'm afraid it wouldn't help anyway. |

Probationary sentences seem to be considered "spent" after 11 years. I think it's a bit unfair to post about this man's past misdemeanours after so many years have passed. It's unlikely that his current friends and acquaintances would know of his past. I think you should either edit out all references to probation or remove the thread altogether. |
