I just run across this one 2 seconds ago

Christopher D. Banwell married Lorraine P. Gipson in 1992 BUT he also married Lorraine P. Harris at the same time SO is her last name Gipson or Harris or do I guess and put both down and hope one of them is right :-S

One will be her last used surname,the other, if only one previous marriage will be the maiden name.

Harris was the maiden name.
