I am trying to find Stephen McDowell b 1954 portsmouth I dont know his marraige but he has two daughters Charlotte b 1976 Lauren 1978 his parents are Roy Mc Dowell and Dorothy Baker who wont give me anymore details |

He was on the electoral roll until 2009 with wife, may still be there but opted out. Have you already tried that? |
