Hello there,

I am trying to trace a Kathleen McMahon who was born on 26th March 1946 in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham.

Her parents were Robert McMahon (born 1898, died 1966 I think) and Florence McMahon (neé McManus) who was born in 1906 and died in 1996).

She has two brothers: Terence McMahon (born in 1931) and Robert McMahon (born in 1934).

Robert currently lives in Billingham, county Durham

Any information at all about her or the family would be greatly received.

Doesn't Robert know what has happened to her ??

He is on the electoral roll to2014

So is Terence too also in Billingham to 2014

It's complicated - She is my birth mother and I am not sure that Robert and Terrance know that she had me.. Although, I am looking at contacting Robert, it's obvioulsy quite delicate...

She can be identified on the birth records but without further info it will be difficult to pinpoint any marriage

Thanks for your help - I have looked into several possible marriages, but none have turned up anything, so it seems she may have remained single.

What year do you know her to be Miss.?

In 1971 she was Miss and haven't found any marriage records that match up since then

Too many ladies with the same name

You may have to tentively sound out the brothers

Do bear in mind though that both are elderly gents
