looking for relatives of Hazel and James T Massey in the Birmingham area, Hazel was born in Rochdale Lancs in1938, maiden name Massey, any imfo received with thanks

I am confused.

I am not seeing a birth registered for a Hazel Massey 1938 Rochdale, Lancashire.

How is Hazel connected to James T Massey?

I think the confusion is because Hazel's parents married in 1936 Rochdale:

Marriage quarter 2

County Lancashire
Volume 8E Page 103

They appear on the electoral registers from 1939 in Birmingham- first at 58 Ludlow Road, and later (from 1957 to at least 1965) at 32 Chetwynd Road, Stechford (Hazel appears with them at this address in 1960).
