Grafton sounds like USA

If this correct then putting USA in your enquiry may attract those who have access to usa records

Using the entry from the Ryerson Index, http://ryersonindex.org/search.php ,you could ask the NSW Ask a Librarian service to give you details of the notice. It might mention some of the deceased's relatives.

Taking the two together, as she's described as 'Miss' we might assume that she had no descendents of her own. You'd need to go back a generation to find siblings, cousins etc etc. Considering the number of other Australian requests, have you already done this?

As you didn't say if Reginald had any other names or when he was born, his and Vera's birth reg
