Have you only checked England/Wales records? Might she have been born somewhere else? Adopted? Unmarried but took her partners surname?
Could she have been a Sylvia rather than a Silver?

Where did you get the name from in the first place?

Well I've puzzled over it a few times too! :-)

It sounded to me like the person Silver Shaw was formerly Silver Wise. (as in: my mother is a Smith but used to be a Jones)

Silver as a name is usually a man ...

It looks like maybe David's auto spell check betrayed him (but twice?)

Proofreading, and especially correct names, are essential when looking for someone. And capital letters on names really help a lot. And yes, locations are essential as well.

Otherwise no one has any idea who to look for and where to look.

Also, the exact birthdate of someone who is not known to be dead should not be posted here.
