Julie/Roy - as you have Tracy's membership number, presumably she is a tree owner on this site whom you discovered by using the Search Trees function. Did you send her a message by clicking the 'Find out more' button?

649914 is quite an old membership number & its possible that she is now using a different email address. Check your Sent Message box on Genes to see if the message has been accessed. Unread ones have an envelope icon next to them.

If you can give us a bit more info about Tracy we might be able to find physical contact details for her.

Tracey Bernadette Low (note the registration spelling) was born in 1973 on S E London borders
She married Mr Hooper in 1992

There's a Tracy (without an "e") B Hooper, of approx the right age, on ER's until 2013 at least, though I don't have credits on 192.com to see the address.

If that's her, she doesn't seem to be with her husband.

Searchelectoralroll is doing its annoying thing of inviting me to buy credits instead of showing free results.

EDIT:
No, forget that one. That's a different Tracy, who married a different Hooper in Wales.
