Yes - it's possible the 'Ask a Librarian' service (on-line) 'NSW State Library' will check electoral rolls from when she turned 18 (1992+) until marriage (1999). They MAY find/connect her with sister 'Julie' at same address. |

Australian BM&D records are not freely available. They have a long 'closure' period. It's all part of their policy of protecting the privacy of living people. |

Maybe the NSW police would pass your contact details on to her? Presumably they will still have staff records for her even if she has now left the police. |
