I think perhaps his MMN was Clare. Lilo is short for Lilian and Carolyn instead of Caroline.

Burnham on crouch comes under Maldon reg district so that 1949 marriage for his parents looks good

What is his fathers name is on the marriage cert ?

Looks as if he was born in 1959 not 1956

Take a look for births on FreeBMD for Chapman mmn Clare and many of the names of siblings you name look right too
